1. Overview
We want you to be satisfied with your purchase from AlltraTech. This Refund Policy outlines the conditions under which we offer refunds for our digital products, including AlltraShow. This policy is designed to comply with consumer protection laws in the European Union, United Kingdom, and other applicable jurisdictions.
2. 14-Day Right of Withdrawal (EU/EEA/UK Customers)
Under the EU Consumer Rights Directive (2011/83/EU) and UK Consumer Contracts Regulations, consumers have the right to withdraw from a purchase of digital content within 14 days of the date of purchase, without giving any reason.
Exception for Digital Content
In accordance with Article 16(m) of the Consumer Rights Directive, the right of withdrawal may be lost if:
- The digital content has been downloaded or accessed; and
- You gave your prior express consent to begin the download/access before the withdrawal period expired; and
- You acknowledged that you would lose your right of withdrawal by doing so.
These conditions will be clearly presented to you at checkout before you complete your purchase.
If You Have Not Downloaded the Product
If you have not downloaded or accessed the digital content, you are entitled to a full refund within 14 days of purchase. No reason is required.
3. Voluntary Refund Policy (All Customers)
Regardless of your location, we offer the following refund terms as a matter of good faith:
90-Day Satisfaction Guarantee
If you are not satisfied with AlltraShow for any reason, you may request a refund within 90 days of your original purchase date. This applies whether or not you have downloaded or used the product.
After 90 days from the date of purchase, refunds are generally not available except where required by applicable law.
4. How to Request a Refund
To request a refund, please contact us via our Contact page with the following information:
- Your name and email address used at purchase.
- Your order number or transaction ID.
- The reason for your refund request (optional, but helps us improve).
We aim to process all refund requests within 5–10 business days. Approved refunds will be returned to your original payment method via our Merchant of Record.
5. Non-Refundable Situations
Refunds may not be granted in the following circumstances:
- The request is made more than 90 days after purchase (unless required by law).
- The product was purchased in violation of our Terms of Service.
- There is evidence of fraud or abuse of the refund policy.
6. Chargebacks
We encourage you to contact us before initiating a chargeback with your bank or payment provider. We are committed to resolving issues quickly and fairly. Unauthorized chargebacks may result in the revocation of your product license.
7. Free Trials
If a free limited version of AlltraShow is available, no refund is necessary for the trial period as no payment is collected.
8. Your Statutory Rights
Nothing in this Refund Policy affects your statutory rights as a consumer under the laws of your country of residence. If local consumer protection laws entitle you to a longer refund period or different conditions, those laws take precedence.
9. Changes to This Policy
We may update this Refund Policy from time to time. The updated version will be indicated by the "Last updated" date at the top of this page. Changes will not affect refund requests already submitted.
