4. Orders and Payment
All purchases are processed through our designated Merchant of Record, 'Paddle', which handles payment processing, invoicing, sales tax, and VAT collection on our behalf. By completing a purchase, you also agree to the Merchant of Record's terms of service.
Prices are displayed in the currency indicated at checkout and include or exclude applicable taxes as required by your jurisdiction. We reserve the right to change pricing at any time, but changes will not affect orders already completed.
5. License Grant
Upon successful purchase, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to install and use the Product for personal or internal business purposes, subject to these Terms.
You may not:
- Redistribute, sublicense, rent, lease, or lend the Product to third parties.

6. Right of Withdrawal (EU/EEA Customers)
Under the EU Consumer Rights Directive (2011/83/EU), consumers in the European Union and European Economic Area have a 14-day right of withdrawal from the date of purchase.
However, by downloading or accessing digital content, you acknowledge and consent that you may lose your right of withdrawal once the download or access has begun, in accordance with Article 16(m) of the Directive. You will be informed of this before completing your purchase.

Our total aggregate liability for any claim arising from or related to these Terms or our Products shall not exceed the amount you paid for the Product in question.
This limitation does not apply where prohibited by law, including under mandatory consumer protection laws in the EU/EEA.
